About the Live Limitless Foundation

Compassion in Action for Courageous Lives

The Live Limitless Foundation wasn’t created around a conference table or drafted from a five-year strategic plan—it was born on the floor of Dr. Savannah’s living room.

In mid-2023, just hours after receiving news that one of her closest friends had been diagnosed with a life-altering neurological condition, Savannah sat with tear-filled eyes and an aching heart. That night, she took action—registering what would become the Live Limitless Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit devoted to doing what seemed impossible: giving hope when everything feels hopeless.

Our mission is simple, yet profound—to help lift the financial burden for individuals facing devastating brain and neurological diagnoses, so they can focus on healing instead of hospital bills.

What sets us apart is the deeply personal, community-rooted nature of our work. Each year, we partner with families right here in our community—individuals nominated by those who love them. These are not anonymous stories; they are our neighbors, our classmates, our coworkers, our friends. Diagnoses like these hit without warning and disrupt every aspect of life—not only for the individual, but for their entire support system. We exist to stand in that gap—with compassion, courage, and financial relief when it matters most.

Our Recipients

Since our founding, we’ve had the honor of supporting six incredible individuals whose strength inspires everything we do:

Year One:

  • Manny was diagnosed with Glioblastoma. Though he received a successful surgery, he continues to fight with incredible courage.

  • Pam faced an inoperable brain tumor, walking her journey with strength and unwavering grace.

Year Two:

  • Addison, just 17, is living with an inoperable Astrocytoma. Her resilience in the face of uncertainty is a testament to her spirit.

  • MaKenzie, 16, requires 24/7 ventilator support due to a severe neurological condition. Her daily bravery continues to humble us.

Year Three:

  • Genesis passed away before we could meet her, but we are currently walking with her non-English-speaking family in their time of grief.

  • Dana, newly diagnosed with a brain tumor, has undergone surgery and now faces extensive physical therapy to repair nerve damage.

Every recipient is part of the Live Limitless family, and every story fuels our mission.

Our Progress

In just two short years, we’ve raised over $10,000, providing two recipients with $5,000 each in direct medical financial support. This year, we’ve already reached half of our $15,000 goal—but we know we can go even further with your help.

Why We Exist

We know we can’t change a diagnosis—but we can help carry the weight that comes with it. A little bit of relief can be the turning point—a breath of fresh air in the middle of the storm. That’s why we do what we do.

Live boldly. Love deeply. Give generously.

Live Limitless.
